If cable ties keep breaking at the lock during production, what should I do?
This could be a problem with the manufacturing process.
The machine's clamping force is insufficient. Also, the material temperature is too high, causing the lock part to break easily. You can try the following steps:
1. Use a larger injection molding machine, or block off part of the runner to reduce the number of cavities.
2. Lower the material temperature during production to reduce product breakage.
3. Boil the cable ties to see if the sliding problem still occurs after boiling.
