Material Ratio for Cable Tie

Some sizes only for reference first:
1.8*100/2.2*100/2.2*150 PA66: 55% PA6: 5% recycle material: 40%
2.5x150/2.5x200/3*200 PA66: 53% PA6: 7% recycle material: 40%
3*250/3.6x250/3.6x300 PA66: 57% PA6: 8% recycle material: 35%
4.8x350/4.8x400/4.8x450 PA66 60% PA6: 10% recycle material: 30%
 

The raw material ratio for another customer is also for your reference:
Main material PA66, mixed with PA6: 5-10% recycled material 5-20%
 

(the cable tie size is only for your reference, we only give this for your reference, so you also need to calculate it by yourself )

Mix with some white oil and demolding powder.
 

Note: too many recycled materials will make cable ties easy to break.
You have to keep trying different proportions to reach your ideal state.
