The raw material of the cable tie is generally nylon PA66 mixed with a certain proportion of PA6.
The price of PA6 is lower than PA66. Many manufacturers will mix too much PA6 in order to reduce the cost.
However, this will cause the cable tie to be too soft ,so that the tensile force is not up to the standard and easy to turn gears.
Now there are also some materials based on PA6 modified in the market, which are cheap but the pull of the products are also good.
Of course, there are some cable ties with special function, such as PEEK cable ties, polypropylene cable ties, stainless steel cable ties and so on.
